Death certificate originating from India should be
attested by the Home Department of the concerned state before
attestation at the Consulate General of India, Dubai.
Death Certificate issued by authorities in the UAE, have to be
attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dubai / Sharjah before
attestation at the Consulate General of India, Dubai.
Applicant is required to produce his/her valid passport in original
and a photocopy (first / last and valid visa page).
